I’ve always imagined a world where people genuinely look out for each other—where communities offer support and everyone, no matter their age, has the opportunity to thrive.
Empathy has been central to who I am, often putting others’ needs first. Now, we’re bringing together a group of like-minded individuals who share this vision. With Kingston Group, we’re not just building homes—we’re creating spaces where people feel safe, connected, and supported for every stage of life.
Helping others is what truly connects us as humans. It’s how we create strong, lasting communities, and right now, the world needs more people willing to think differently and lead with heart.
That’s me, Peter Leach.
Pete is a dedicated family man with a strong Christian faith, a deep love for his wife, Rachel, and their four children. He’s also a keen sportsman, with a particular passion for hockey and golf. Pete believes in the power of community and the importance of supporting others through every stage of life. His life is grounded in empathy, faith, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those around him. Whether with family, on the sports field, or in his work, Pete is driven by a desire to uplift and connect with people.
For Peter, Kingston Group is all about a team-first mentality. He believes that when everyone works together, great things happen. Collaboration and trust are the foundation of everything we do, and Peter is the first to roll up his sleeves and lead by example. Whether it’s on the job site or in the office, he’s always ready to dive in, support the team, and push for the best results. His hands-on approach and commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative environment are what drive the success of Kingston Group.
